What should I expect in my box?

Your Makeup Refresh Beauty Box includes limited edition LAMIK products and a surprise gift curated by us. It’s a value of over $170, all for just $59/bi-monthly + $4.95 for shipping!

When will I receive my first box?

If you subscribe by the 15th of the month you will receive our most current box within 5-7 business days. If you subscribe after this date, your box will ship between the 1st and the 4th of the following month. 

When does my box ship? 

You will receive a box every other month! Our 2022 boxes will be shipped on the first of the following months: January, March, May, July, September, November.

When will my subscription renew?

After your initial payment (charged on the day you subscribe) you will be billed on the 14th of every other month. Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to your next renewal date. 

What is the return policy?

You can cancel any time before the 14th of each month.

Can I choose which products I receive?

We curate our boxes based on our seasonal style trend guide. However, we also welcome your input on future boxes. Send us an email at support@lamikbeauty.com and let us know if there are products or trends you’d like to explore. Our team of beauty experts will review your suggestions and you just might see them in the next box!

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date of your next delivery (15th of each month). If you cancel or make any account changes after you have been billed, your changes or cancellation will be applied to the next billing cycle.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

LAMIK beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item is listed as "Delivered" on the shipping carrier site, we will not provide a refund or ship a new box.  

Does The Makeup Refresh ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
